Continuous Improvement Process

The purpose of Waco's Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) is to clearly understand the customers' needs and develop processes to consistently satisfy those needs. The path to our CIP vision is to uncover customer needs and develop cross functional teams which will set goals, create processes to meet those needs, measure results and seek customer feedback. Listening, teamwork, flexibility, innovation and problem solving skills will be critical to successfully achieving Waco's CIP vision.
