I-95 South to University Boulevard West, University Boulevard West to 2^nd traffic light (Phillips Highway), left on Phillips Highway (U.S. 1), South ¾ mile down (WACO is on the right).

I-95 North to Butler Boulevard, left on Butler, West on Phillips Highway, North 1 mile. We are on the left and you have to pass WACO and do a U-turn and come back to enter WACO. (Option: I-95 to Bowden Road to Phillips Highway and then South).
